CSA [full season] week #3



In the box this week:
green onions
garlic tops/bulbils
baby fennel
sorrel
dinosaur kale
rainbow Swiss chard
fava beans,
radish pods
snow peas
lavender
lemon mint

What do you do with fava beans and radish pods?

Radish pods? The unusual hot weather made all the radishes bolt and go to seed - and the pods are the immature seeds that still have the flavor and heat of the root.
